We specialize in Residential Real Estate closings. If you’re not sure what to expect or if you have any questions regarding our process, give us a call and we will walk you through all the necessary steps.
You will be asked to complete a seller information sheet and payoff request form. You will only complete a payoff request form if you have an existing mortgage on the property. We will use that form to request a payoff from the lender. The payoff must be requested and received by Bowling Law.
As we get closer to the closing we will communicate with you or your agent about funding. Always call our office to confirm our wiring instructions prior to sending any wire.
